Welcome to Med Mentor Connect. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Platform

Med Mentor Connect is a mentorship platform connecting students pursuing careers in Medicine (MD), Dentistry (DDS), and Optometry (OD). We are not a licensed academic advising service, tutoring company, or healthcare provider. All guidance provided — including AI-generated plans — is for informational purposes only.

Pricing & Access

Med Mentor Connect is currently offered at no cost during our launch period. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or premium features in the future. Existing members will be given advance notice of any changes to pricing before they take effect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. User Conduct

All members agree to:

• Be respectful and professional in all interactions
• Provide accurate information in their profile
• Not share another member's personal information without consent
• Not use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Not harass, discriminate against, or harm other members
• Report any inappropriate behavior to hello@medmentorconnect.com

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user who violates these standards.

4. Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors on Med Mentor Connect are volunteers. They agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their background and qualifications
• Engage with mentees in good faith and with their best interests in mind
• Not provide formal medical, dental, or optometric advice
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries

Med Mentor Connect does not verify all credentials listed by mentors. Users engage with mentors at their own discretion.

5. AI Path Planner

The AI Path Planner generates personalized roadmaps based on information you provide. These plans are for general guidance only and do not constitute official academic advising. Always verify requirements with your school and target professional program directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Med Mentor Connect name, logo, and platform content are owned by Med Mentor Connect LLC. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Med Mentor Connect is provided "as is." We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the platform, including but not limited to admissions decisions, academic results, or mentor-mentee interactions. We do not guarantee acceptance to any professional program.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
